Uncle Sam Handyman LLC operates unclesamhandyman.com and provides handyman services across San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding area. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.

We collect only what we need to quote and carry out the work you ask for. Depending on how you contact us, that can include:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service address where the work is to be done
- Job details you describe to us, in writing or on a call
- Messages you send us, and information about calls to and from our number
How we use it
We use that information to:
- Schedule a visit and arrange access to the property
- Prepare and send a written estimate
- Carry out the service and order the right materials
- Provide customer support and answer questions about a job
- Follow up on calls and messages we have missed
- Keep records required for warranty, insurance and tax purposes
What we do not do with it

Uncle Sam Handyman LLC operates a text message alert program for the owners and staff of the business. It is an internal operations tool, not a marketing list, and it is not used to send promotional messages to customers.

How long we keep information
We keep job records for as long as we need them to honor our work and meet legal, insurance and tax obligations. Phone numbers on the SMS alert list are removed as soon as someone replies STOP.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
Children
Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
